Shipping & Return
Shipping Policy
We offer shipping on ImagiBlocks to the US (excluding Alaska/Hawaii) and Hong Kong (HK).
In-stock items typically ship within 1-5 business days from order date. Standard shipping is 10-14 business days within the US and 2-4 business days in HK.
During high volume periods such as holidays, shipping may be delayed by a few extra days.
We are not responsible for any customs/import fees for international orders.
Return Guidelines:
Items must be returned in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
Returns missing parts or showing signs of use and damage cannot be refunded.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs on all non-defect items.
Quality Defect Returns:
Notification of any potential defects with description of issue and photos must be sent within 48 hours of product receipt via email.
We will provide a pre-paid return label for timely exchange or full refund.
Non-Returns:
Returns will not be accepted for changed mind, late reports of issues or general dissatisfaction with products as intended for use.
