Availability

• In-stock items typically ship within 1-5 business days from order date.
• Customizable, pre-order or specialty items may have longer lead times as noted on the product page.

Shipping Timelines

• Standard shipping is 10-14 business days within the US and 2-4 business days in HK.
• During high volume periods such as holidays, shipping may be delayed by a few extra days.

Shipping Methods

• Orders totaling over $120 receive FREE SHIPPING to the contiguous 48 US states via UPS/USPS/FedEx. Orders under $120 within the US are charged $8 for shipping.
• Shipping to HK is based on order weight/dimensions.

Package Handling

• Items may be split across multiple packages depending on size to ensure safe delivery.
• We are not responsible for any customs/import fees for international orders.
