Returns, Guarantees & Delivery
Q: “How do I use my promo code?”
Enter your code at the checkout, exactly as it appears.
NOTE: Your code may have a minimum spend (which does not include delivery costs).
Q: “I selected an order address while placing the order, can it be changed now?”
We would be able to assist in changes if the product has not been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes can be succeeded if they are made after shipment.
Q: “I would like to expedite the delivery, is it feasible?”
Please message us if you have any special requests before you made your order, we are happy to assist. While we are not able to control the delivery date of courier, we may try to expedite the shipment as far as practicable.

Q: “Can I know the exact time of delivery?”
At this point in time, we don’t have an option to choose a specific slot for delivery. Transport service providers ideally reach the customer to communicate on their time of arrival.
Q: “How do I check stock availability?”
Every effort is made to maintain the availability of products, but due to popularity some items may not always be available. You can check stock availability on the product information pages.
